Club Membership
Membership of HVMTBR includes both a HVMTBR and MTBA licence component.
Competition Member
Annual membership for a senior competitor is currently $110 (of which $20 is retained by HVMTBR and $90 goes to MTBA to cover racing and public liability insurance). Under 19 riders pay $75 per year (of which $10 is retained by HVMTBR and $65 goes to MTBA to cover racing and public liability insurance)
Non Competition Member
For those wishing to ride in social events and not competitions, the fee is $65 for Senior's and $55 for Junior's.

For NEW MEMBERS ONLY.
Interested in joining one of the many MTBA affiliated clubs around Australia? If so and you are brand new to MTBA click a State or Territory in the map of Australia to find a club near you. Fill out all your contact details and then join both the club of your choice and Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA). An email will be sent to you with a temporary password. Use the links contained in this email to set up your personal password.
For EXISTING MTBA MEMBERS.
If you are an existing MTBA member or have ever been a member of MTBA you have 3 options.
Option 1: if you already have a password obtained through this on-line system. Click on (log in) and then enter your MTBA member number and your personal password.
Option 2: (Existing MTB member) but you don't have a password. Click on "Request Access" Then enter your MTBA member number, Surname and Date of Birth and if these match our records an email will be sent to you via the email address we also have on record with a temporary password. Use the links contained in this email to set up your personal password.
If you do not receive an email this probably means that the email address we have recorded for you is no longer valid. Please email the MTBA office to seek assistance. If we do not have an email address recorded for you then the system will let you know and you should email the MTBA office to seek assistance.
Once you have your personal password you can maintain your personal details and enter listed events by just giving your MTBA member number.
Option 3: (Existing MTB member) if you have forgotten your password. Click on "Forgotten Password" then enter your MTBA member number, Surname and Date of Birth and if these match our records an email will be sent to you via the email address we also have on record with a temporary password. Use the links contained in this email to set up your personal password.
If you do not receive an email this probably means that the email address we have recorded for you is no longer valid. Please email the MTBA office to seek assistance. If we do not have an email address recorded for you then the system will let you know and you should email the MTBA office to seek assistance.

Cycling Australia or BMXA members
Members of CA or BMXA can value-add to their membership by getting a HVMBR & MTBA membership for just $65 (conditions apply). To join HVMBR & MTBA through either the CA or BMXA value-add, just complete the HVMBR & MTBA membership application form's and provide a copy of your current CA or BMXA license card or the application for it which has been stamped by your club secretary. Note that you must have more than 3 months of CA or BMXA membership left to take advantage of the value add arrangements.
Membership fees cover a 12-month period from date of issue.

Day Rider Membership
This is for riders that wish to compete however do not hold a MTBA licence.
The cost is $15.00.
